We have completed over 180 single family rehab projects, 350 apartment unit renovations, and 90,000 square feet of commercial build out in recent years. Stryant Construction Gives Back

Ever since our founders, Atticus LeBlanc & Stan Sugarman got together to form Stryant to fulfill a contract for low-income housing for the City of Atlanta, we have been about serving the city in which we live, work, and play. Stryant's offices are located in the heart of Kirkwood, and Stan has been a resident here for over a decade. Stryant is an annual sponsor of the Kirkwood Spring Fling which is the primary source of income for the Kirkwood Neighbors Organization (Stan wrapped up 2 years as president of the KNO in Dec 2019). The KNO funds a committee called Kirkwood Cares that Stan helped start and Stryant donates 10s of thousands of dollars of discounted and free materials and labor each year to help Kirkwood Cares keep our low-income neighbors safe, dry, and comfortable in their homes.  We also have been sponsoring the Kirkwood Wine Stroll for 8 years which is the primary source of income for the Kirkwood Business Owners Association (of which we are members). KBOA also gives to support Kirkwood Cares and works to promote businesses in Kirkwood. We serve Neighbor in Need with their work in Eastlake and have also recently sponsored the Museum School in Avondale Estates and Found Stages Theater Group!

 

We continue to be involved in providing affordable housing and seek to reuse and redevelop abandoned or underutilized properties to creatively provide housing and commercial space for Atlantans as our city grows.
